I want to get fit

So now that my brain is in shape (see Better Memory) what about the body - mmnnn perhaps I have been going easy on the running  lately – but you know what…… this time of year there’s just so much food for us foxes that’s it hard to stay in trim …and there’s just not the room in our den for proper equipment. 

Well Mrs CF has just called me a lump of tubby Fox lard and I am angry ….. and I am not having it. I am going to get fit and so I have asked my good friend, Carl Lynford Fox to give me some advice and here it is gentle reader, shared like the caring, sharing Fox that I am.
